MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment on the upper Back River next week, Councilman David Marks announced on Thursday.

The application is scheduled to occur in the afternoon on Monday, September 11 and Tuesday, September 12.

As is often the case, timing will be dependent on changing wind and weather conditions.
