NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating two vehicle thefts, an attempted vehicle theft, and two burglaries that were reported last week.
Sometime between 10 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29 and 6 a.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, an individual stole a brown 2019 Hyundai Elantra with MD tag “7EP3211” from the unit block of Polaris Court in Hillendale (21234).
At around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 30, two individuals who arrived by vehicle attempted to steal a vehicle in the 1800-block of Dalhousie Court in Hillendale (21234). They were unsuccessful and damaged it in the process.
At around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 30, an individual reported that their vehicle had been stolen overnight from the unit block of Lynfair Court in Hillendale (21234) and later located in another jurisdiction.
At just after 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, a known individual and three other armed suspects entered a location in the 8300-block of Arbor Station Way in Parkville (21234) and stole items before leaving by vehicle.
At just before 4:15 a.m. on Thursday, August 31, an individual broke into a location in the 1700-block of Chesaco Avenue in Rosedale (21237) and stole property.
