JOPPA, MD—Crews are on the scene of a serious, Sunday night crash in Joppa.

At just before 9 p.m., units responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Road/MD-152 at southbound I-95.

One vehicle has overturned onto its side and one person is trapped, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.

Southbound MD-152 has been shut down.

Motorists should use an alternate route.
