Armed robbery reported in Nottingham, suspect arrested following Glen Arm assault

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating an armed robbery, an assault, and three burglaries that were reported this week.

Sometime between 8 p.m. on Monday, July 31 and 1 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, an individual broke into a residence in the unit block of Paula Place in Rosedale (21237) and stole the victim’s property.

At around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1, four individuals broke into a business located in the 8200-block of Perry Hall Boulevard in Nottingham (21236) and stole items before fleeing by vehicle.



Sometime between 6 a.m. and noon on Tuesday, August 1, an individual broke into a location in the 8700-block of Blairwood Road in Nottingham (21236) and stole the victim’s property.

At just after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, someone was robbed by an armed individual in the 4200-block of Blakely Avenue in Nottingham (21236).

At just after midnight on Wednesday, August 2, a first-degree assault involving a weapon occurred 11400-block of Notchcliff Road in Glen Arm (21057). The suspect was arrested at the scene.
