Baltimore County to hold virtual public meeting to discuss plans for park at Perry Hall farm

PERRY HALL, MD—The 22-acre Bierman farm, located east of Gerst Road, will become Perry Hall’s newest park, permanently preserved from development.

Councilman David Marks on Wednesday announced that the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks will soon host a virtual public meeting to solicit input on uses.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 24 at 6:30 p.m. This article will be updated once WebEx information has been made available.

There are no definite plans at this time. Councilman Marks had previously created a task force to discuss preparations for the future park.

In June 2021, the White Marsh Recreation Council began removing fencing at Bierman Farm in preparation for its sale to Baltimore County.
