Driver pulls gun during I-695 road rage incident in Parkville, Route 40 business burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a road rage incident and two burglaries that were reported earlier this week.

At around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, an individual broke into a business in the 7900-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).  The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing.



At just before 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, a known individual broke into a location in the 100-block of Carroll Island Road in Bowleys Quarters (21220) and stole property. The suspect was arrested.

At just after 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, officers responded to the Belair Beltway Plaza in reference to a road rage incident. A police spokesperson tells NottinghamMD.com that the victim advised that, while driving on I-695 between the Loch Raven Boulevard and Perring Parkway exits, another vehicle pulled alongside and the driver pointed a firearm at the victim. The suspect then drove away. This incident is currently under investigation.
