Scattered storms possible in Baltimore area on Thursday

BALTIMORE, MD—Thursday will be a hot and steamy day in the Baltimore area, and the National Weather Service says scattered storms are possible as well.

Temperatures should reach the low-to-mid-90s in many locations on Thursday.

Scattered to numerous storms are expected late Thursday afternoon and into Thursday evening. Some storms could be severe. Localized flooding is also possible.



Forecasters say high winds, hail, and a brief tornado cannot be ruled out.
