TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department has promoted seven of its members.

Fire Chief Joanne Rund on Monday announced promotions to the ranks of Fire Lieutenant and Fire Specialist.

FIRE LIEUTENANT

• Fire Specialist Brendan Berkeridge
• Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator Scott Wittbecker

FIRE SPECIALIST

• EMT/FF Devin Brown
• EMT/FF Edward Flynn
• EMT/FF Steven Hinch
• EMT/FF Cody Manley
• EMT/FF Jeffrey Milani

The promotions will be effective as of July 29, 2023.
