BALTIMORE, MD—Compared to the past couple of days, thunderstorms will be slower to evolve on Saturday.  However, the National Weather Service says to still expect isolated storms to pop up given the ample heat and humidity.

Ahead of a cold front that will pass through the region, Sunday presents a greater risk for flooding and severe weather.

Damaging winds and large hail are possible on Sunday.  One to two inches of rainfall are also possible, with some areas seeing up to 4 inches.

Residents should stay tuned to local forecasts throughout the day on Sunday.
