Severe storms possible in Baltimore area on Monday

BALTIMORE, MD—Mother Nature may provide some fireworks of her own on Monday.

The National Weather Service says severe storms are possible in the Baltimore area on July 3, 2023.

Forecasters say scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are possible, with some being strong to severe.

Storms will be most likely to develop between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Damaging winds and large hail are possible and an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out.

Residents should stay tuned to local forecasts throughout the day.
