MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment on the upper Back River over two days this week, Councilman David Marks announced on Tuesday.

The application is scheduled to occur in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 and in the morning and afternoon on Thursday, June 29th.

As is often the case, timing will be dependent on changing wind and weather conditions.
