Police urging teens to stop playing viral ‘Assassin Game’

TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department is urging teens to stop playing the “Assassin Game.”

Nationwide, police departments have been receiving reports of high school students walking through business parking lots or neighborhoods carrying what seem to be weapons.

When officers respond, they find the teens are carrying squirt guns and playing a game called “senior assassin.”

The game involves students, usually seniors, “assassinating” each other with water guns to eliminate other players.

Photos posted online (see sample above) show the close resemblance between the squirt guns and a real firearm.

Teens are being urged not to play this game.
