ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing Essex man.

Garcia Williams, Jr., 24, is 6’0″ tall and weighs 140 pounds.

He was last seen at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2023 in the Essex area wearing only shorts.

Authorities say Williams is having a mental crisis.
