ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen.

Ethan Carter, 15, is 5’6″ tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds.

Ethan was last seen at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023 in the Essex area wearing a pink hoodie bearing the word “cookies” and grey pants.

Anyone with information on Ethan Carter’s whereabouts is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call police at 410-307-2020.
