NOTTINGHAM, MD—It was a big week for Maryland Lottery players in and around the Nottingham area.
In all, the seven days ending April 30 produced 35 winning tickets worth $10,000 or more that were sold or redeemed across Maryland, and the Maryland Lottery paid more than $31.1 million in prizes during that span.
Locally, a winning $100,000 Powerball ticket was sold on April 27 at Discount Tobacco Outlet, located at 2537 Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville. A winning $50,000 Pick 5 ticket was sold on April 25 at the Royal Farms located at 12545 Eastern Avenue in Essex. Both winning tickets remain unclaimed.
A winning $20,000 Mega Millions ticket was sold on May 25 at Putty Hill Liquors located at 7938 Belair Road in Nottingham. Officials say the prize has been claimed.
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. More information is available on the How To Claim page of mdlottery.com.
