TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Public Schools will adopt a systemwide Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) model for the 2023-2024 school year and will provide free breakfast and lunch meals to all students.
BCPS families will no longer be required to complete meal applications to determine eligibility.
Officials say healthy meals are a vital part of the learning process and students will have access to a wide array of fresh fruits and vegetables, bento boxes and salads, and much more throughout the school year.
The BCPS Office of Food and Nutrition Services will continue to provide nutritious meals for all BCPS students.
