Police investigating two assaults, rash of auto thefts

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a robbery, two assaults, and rash of auto thefts that were reported in northeastern Baltimore County over the past several days.

At just before 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, two suspects assaulted someone with a weapon in the 6300-block of Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale (21237).

Between 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 24 and 6 a.m. on Friday, March 25, an individual broke into and attempted to steal someone’s vehicle in the unit block of Dowling Circle in Hillendale (21234).

At around 6:45 p.m. on Monday, March 17, an individual robbed someone in the 1300-block of Windlass Drive in Middle River (21220).



Between 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 30 and 1:30 a.m. on Friday, March 31, a Chevrolet Trax was stolen from the 8700-block of Loch Bend Drive in Parkville (21234). Police say all keys are accounted for.

At just after 5:45 p.m. on Friday, March 31, a group of individuals committed a first-degree assault with a weapon in the 8600-block of Willow Oak Road in Parkville (21234).

At 10:30 p.m. on Friday, March 31, an individual stole a Kia Forte from the unit block of Solar Circle in Hillendale (21234).

At around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, two suspects broke into a Hyundai Tucson and stole it from the 1300-block of Deanwood Road in Hillendale (21234).
