ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a teen who has gone missing from the Essex area.

Mejar Onsingco Jennings, 16, is 5’11” tall and weighs 170 pounds.

He was last seen at 3 a.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2023 in the Essex area.
