JACKSONVILLE, MD—Dulaney Valley Road has been shut down as crews attempt to retrieve a possible drowning victim.

The incident was reported at around 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Dulaney Valley Road has been shut down from Old Bosley Road to Jarrettsville Pike.

The Long Green Volunteer Fire Company reports that units are responding to a possible drowning near the bridge at Dulaney Valley Road and Jarrettsville Pike.

Motorists should use an alternate route.
