TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Fire Department on Thursday announced three promotions.
Fire Chief Joanne Rund announced the promotions of three emergency medical services personnel.
The following individuals have been promoted:
Paramedic First Class
- PM Morgan Carter
- PM Mary Williams
Paramedic
- PEMT Debra Vaughn
The promotions will become effective on March 11, 2023.
