Fatal Towson shooting leaves teenager dead

TOWSON, MD—Police say the teen who was injured in Monday night’s shooting in Towson has died.



At around 7:15 p.m. on February 20, Baltimore County police officers responded to the area of East Joppa Road at Delaware Avenue (21286) in reference to reports of shots being fired.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim, 17-year-old Tre’shaun Harmon, to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.  Homicide detectives are now handling this case.

As the Baltimore County Police Department investigates the circumstances surrounding this incident, homicide detectives are asking anyone who may have pertinent information about this incident to contact 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.
