ESSEX, MD—A juvenile was seriously injured in a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Essex on Thursday.
At around 10:15 p.m. on February 16, 2023, the driver of a Chevrolet Cobalt was double parked in the 900-block of Bayner Road in Essex (21221).
