Pedestrian killed in fatal Rosedale crash

ROSEDALE, MD—Police say a pedestrian was struck and killed in Rosedale on Monday morning.

The fatal pedestrian crash occurred at just after 6:30 a.m. on February 13, when a 2012 Volkswagen that was traveling westbound on Pulaski Highway approaching Berk Avenue struck a pedestrian that entered the roadway.



The Volkswagen and a dump truck both struck the pedestrian and each driver remained at the scene.

As a result of the crash, 32-year-old Andrew M. Nelson, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing at this hour.
