TOWSON, MD—The new Baltimore County Public Schools’ Employee and Retiree Customer Service Center began providing services on Wednesday. The Employee and Retiree Customer Service Center is located on BCPS’ Greenwood Campus and provides employees and retirees with assistance and solutions to questions regarding benefits, retirement, leaves, certification, and payroll.
“I am so pleased that, through this center, we will be able to provide a higher level of service to our valued BCPS employees and retirees,” said BCPS Superintendent Dr. Darryl L. Williams. “The center is just one of many efforts our administration has established to better support employees and retirees. I am so pleased with the efficiency we demonstrated in assembling this new team and readying them to provide excellent service.”
The center is staffed by 12 full-time and five part-time representatives and a customer service specialist who will supervise the center and provide ongoing training to staff.
