Parkville business robbed, vehicle stolen in Hillendale

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17 and 6 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, an individual broke into several storage containers in the area of Pfeffers Road at Bradshaw Road in Kingsville (21087). The suspect stole heavy-duty equipment and diesel gas.



Sometime between midnight at 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, a 2011 Jeep Cherokee was stolen from 6700-block of Collinsdale Road in Hillendale (21234). All keys are accounted for.

At around 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, four suspects punched and kicked someone in the 3300-block of Hiss Avenue in Parkville (21234), stealing his shoes and backpack. Witnesses broke up the fight and the items were recovered.

At around 2:45 a.m. on Friday, January 20, an individual walked into a business in the 2700-block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville (21234) demanding money and cigarettes. No weapon was implied. The employee could not access any currency but the suspect did steal cigarettes before fleeing eastbound on Taylor Avenue on foot.
