Knifepoint robberies reported in Rosedale, assault leads to arrest in Middle River

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At just before 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, a known individual entered a residence in the 3300-block of Iris Lane in Middle River (21220) after assaulting the occupants. The suspect was arrested at the location.

At around 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, an individual in a Ford F150 opened an unlocked garage and stole a dryer in the 300-block of Attenborough Drive in Rosedale (21237). The suspect attempted to steal a refrigerator, but was caught in the act by building maintenance and fled the scene.



At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, a known individual robbed someone at knifepoint in the 8500-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The suspect stole several prescription medications and a cellular device.

At just before 11:45 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, an individual was fixing a machine on the side of the road in the area of Philadelphia Road at Evering Avenue in Rosedale (21237) when other individuals approached, brandished a knife, and stole the machine. The suspect then fled on Philadelphia Road toward Baltimore City.
