CARNEY, MD—Police are on the scene of a barricade situation in the Carney area.

At around 4:30 p.m., the Baltimore County Police Department advised that a tactical team and hostage negotiators were responding to the 2800-block of Munster Road (21234).

No additional information is available at this time.

Motorists should avoid the area.
