NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.
Between 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 28 and 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, an individual entered a gated construction site in the 11500-block of Pocomoke Court in Middle River (21220), breaking into a storage container and trailer. The locks securing both were stolen as well as a generator and saw.
At just before 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, an individual broke through the front glass door to a business in the 800-block of Middle River Road in Middle River (21220). The suspect stole a cash register and fled through the back door.
At just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, an individual broke into a business in the 2100-block of Eastern Boulevard in Middle River (21220) and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the registers.
On Wednesday, November 30, an individual broke into a storage shed in the 7900-block of Rossville Boulevard in Nottingham (21236) by destroying the lock that was on door.
At around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, an individual was walking in the 6500-block of Ridge Road in Rosedale (21237) when they were approached by three suspects, at least one of whom was armed. The suspects robbed the victim of cash and a wallet at gunpoint. The suspects then fled on foot.
At just after 9:30 a.m.. on Thursday, December 1, officers responded to the 1200-block of Halstead Road in Hillendale (21234) for a report of a vehicle theft. The victim said that she started her car and left it running with the doors unlocked. An individual then entered the vehicle and fled the scene in it.
