Driver pulls gun during I-695 road rage incident, Perry Hall residence burglarized

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported this week.

At just after 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, an individual pointed a gun at someone during a confrontation in the unit block of Dalmeny Court in Carney (21234).

Between 9 p.m. on Monday, October 17 and 7 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, an individual broke into a business in the 8800-block of Yellow Brick Road in Rosedale (21237) and stole cash and car keys from a safe.

Between 10 p.m. on Monday, October 17 and 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, a woman’s vehicle was stolen from in front of her residence in the 7200-block of Sindall Road in Hillendale (21234).



At just before 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, a vehicle was travelling westbound on I-695 at Belair Road when another motorist, driving erratically, cut him off. The victim honked his horn and the other driver proceeded to follow him, then pulled up to his window and pointed a handgun at him. The suspect got off at the next exit.

Between 11:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, three individuals arrived at a residence in the 9700-block of Bernard Lewis Court in Perry Hall (21128) in a gray van. One of the suspects walked to the back of the residence and used a tool to force open the back door. The suspects stole jewelry and cash, then fled the scene.

At just after 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, a man was assaulted with a knife by a known suspect in the 1500-block of Childworth Avenue in Middle River (21220).  The victim suffered a laceration to his face. The suspect fled the scene.
