NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past month.
At just before 12:45 a.m. on Monday, September 19, a man forcibly entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence in the 3000-block of Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville (21234) via a rear sliding door. The suspect struck the victim in the face and the lock on the door was damaged. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
At just after 1:15 p.m. on Monday, October 3, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery in the area of Farmview Avenue at Meadow Road (21206). The victim reported that two males robbed him and stole his laptop, AirPods, and jacket while holding him at gunpoint. The suspects then fled the scene on foot.
At just before 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 6, an individual used force to break into a shed in the rear of a residence in the 2100-block of Redthorn Road in Middle River (21220). The suspect then stole miscellaneous tools and locks.
At just after 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 6, entered a barn in the 11500-block of Long Green Pike in Glen Arm (21057). The suspect then stole six bags of clothing, two bags of copper wire, jewelry, and a safe containing cash, passports, and social security cards.
