NOTTINGHAM, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Baltimore area.

The watch will be in effect from Monday afternoon into Monday night.

Forecasters say rainfall rates and slow moving/training storms could drop 2-3 inches of rain in a short time period.

A few storms may be severe as well, producing isolated wind damage.
