Snake stolen in Rosedale, weapon pointed at Overlea driver

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported recently.

At noon on April 27, an individual arrived home in the 7500-block of Twincrest Court in Rosedale (21237) and noticed that the residence had been broken into. The victim noticed various items missing.  The suspect fled before police arrival.

At around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, a known individual pointed a weapon at another individual during a verbal altercation in the 400-block of Carrollwood Road in Middle River (21220). The suspect was subsequently arrested.



At 1:15 p.m. on Monday, May 9, an individual was pepper-sprayed in the 6400-block of Petrie Way in Rosedale (21237).

At 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 9, two armed individuals stole a snake from a location in the 8600-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). Both suspects were located and arrested.

At noon on Thursday, May 12, an individual in a vehicle pointed a weapon at another driver when she pulled out into traffic on Lillian Holt Drive in Overlea (21206). No one was injured.

Sometime between noon and 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, an individual broke into a home in the unit block of Townridge Court in Nottingham (21236) and stole handbags, shoes, and electronic equipment.
