ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing 16-year-old from the Essex area.

Jasmine Persaud is 5’3” tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.

She was last seen at around 7:45 a.m. on Thursday.
