PERRY HALL, MD—Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Perry Hall on Tuesday evening.
At around 5:45 p.m. on May 3, authorities say the driver of a 2000 Ford E-150 van failed to stop for a red traffic light at the intersection of Ebenezer Road and Philadelphia Road (21128).
The van, which was traveling northbound on Ebenezer Road, struck the rear of a stopped 2011 Ford F-150, which was pushed into the rear of a stopped 2017 Polaris Slingshot, which was pushed into the rear of a stopped 2018 Jeep Compass.
Three people were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the van, 81-year-old Bernadette Beres Stundick, was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
The Baltimore County CRASH Team continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident.
