NOTTINGHAM, MD—The big chill is about to come to an end in the Baltimore area (for now), but warmer temperatures on Thursday will also bring a chance for storms.
The National Weather Service says the risk of strong winds and severe thunderstorms will increase significantly on Thursday.
Forecasters say there is a slight risk of severe weather in the area on Thursday afternoon and into the evening hours.
Damaging winds will be the main threat associated with any storms that do develop.
