UPDATE: The left lane is now getting by at the Belair Road exit, however there is now a second crash on the inner loop at the White Marsh Boulevard exit (Exit 31C).

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Monday afternoon crash on I-695 in the Overlea/Fullerton area.

The crash was reported at around 4:45 p.m. along the inner loop at the Belair Road exit (Exit 32B).

All three inner loop lanes are blocked at the Route 1 exit.

There has been no word on any injuries.  Motorists should expect heavy delays in the area.
