ROSEDALE, MD—On Monday, Councilman David Marks and the Baltimore County Department of Aging helped a local woman celebrate her 104th birthday.
Rose Boughter, of Rosedale, survived the Spanish flu as an infant. She lived in Hampden where she and her husband operated Davis’ Grocery, then she moved to Rosedale.
Boughter has four children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She has also lived through 19 Presidents.
Councilman Marks says Rose is believed to be one of the oldest residents in Baltimore County.
