NOTTINGHAM, MD—The tranquil conditions throughout the Baltimore area won’t last long, as heavy rains are expected to develop on Thursday night and into the weekend.
The National Weather Service says a strong system will move into the region late Thursday, with impacts lasting into the weekend.
Flooding from heavy rainfall, tidal/coastal flooding, and gusty winds of 40 – 50 MPH are all possible.
Residents should stay tuned to local forecasts.
