NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Monday announced that rat extermination efforts have begun in an area south of Silver Spring Road.
The extermination area includes Heathrow Manor Court, Manorfield Road, and Ambermill Road.
“We are making an extra effort to address rat problems that have been reported by numerous residents along the Silver Spring Road corridor,” said Councilman Marks. “Ultimately, residents can help avoid rats by putting out their garbage on the collection day, and keeping their yards clean and free of waste.”
The extermination effort follows a previous rat sweep closer to Belair Road.
