Emergency crews responding to Gunpowder Falls State Park

UPDATE 3: Police confirm that the deceased has been identified as Edward Biedenkapp Jr., the man charged in connection with a Perry Hall daycare abuse case.

KINGSVILLE, MD—Emergency crews are responding to Gunpowder Falls State Park in Kingsville.

Several fire, EMS, and police units are on the scene due to a “wildland incident,” according to the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighter’s Association.

At just after 9:30 a.m. on Monday, units converged on the White Trail, per reports.

Motorists should expect delays along Belair Road at the Baltimore County/Harford County line.
