Assault reported in Carney, door to Parkville business shattered

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating several local crimes that were reported over the past week.

At just before 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, an individual broke the drive-through window in order to break into a business in the 7300-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237).  The suspect stole cash from the registers and caused damage to the property before fleeing the scene.



At 9:45 a.m. on Friday, October 1, an individual was assaulted in the 1600-block of Cromwell Bridge Road in Carney (21234). The suspect was arrested and the victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.

At just after 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, two individuals used a rock to damage the front glass door of a business in the 7700-block of Harford Road in Parkville (21234). The two suspects broke into the business and searched through multiple shelves, but did not steal any items. The suspects then fled the scene in a vehicle.
