NOTTINGHAM, MD—The new ZIPS in Perry Hall Square will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting later this month.
The event will begin at noon on Saturday, September 25, 2021, featuring a ribbon-cutting, therapy pets for photos, a fire truck, national champion sign spinners, prizes, and more,
The full schedule is as follows:
- Ribbon cutting with Councilman David Marks: 12:15-12:30
- Pets on Wheels visit: 12:30-2:30
- Sign Spinners: 12-5:00, demo showcase by National Champions at 2:30
- Fire Truck showcase: 12 – 5
- $1.99 any garment dry cleaned: ALL DAY SPECIAL
Located in the Perry Hall Square Shopping Center, ZIPS cleans any garment for $2.79, every day. Plus they offer laundry services too.
The new location offers the same “in by 9, out by 5” service that ZIPS customers know and love. It’s owned and operated by Al & Millicent Holcomb, who also own the ZIPS in Bel Air, MD. They’re dedicated to their community, supporting local schools and community groups every day. Uniforms for first responders and military members are always cleaned at a 25% discount, and they are partnering with a nonprofit that serves the local community each quarter, too. White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company was their first nonprofit partner, and Pets on Wheels is their second.
