Multiple zebras on the loose in southern Maryland

UPPER MARLBORO, MD—Several wild zebras have been spotted roaming around Prince George’s County in recent days, according to local reports.

The group of zebras, called a “dazzle,” has been seen wandering around Upper Marlboro after escaping from someone’s farm, according to Prince George’s County Animal Control.

A local news chopper saw up to six zebras grazing in a field.

Police say they’ve been receiving calls from people who’ve spotted the animals since around August 31st.

Prince George’s County Animal Control is setting up a feeding station in an attempt to corral the animals, according to NBC Washington.
