CARNEY, MD—Urban Crab Shack officially cut the ribbon and celebrated the grand opening of their Carney location on Saturday.
The restaurant opened its doors a few months ago in the Perring Plaza shopping center, boasting a complete seafood menu and touting “Seafood Boil” as their specialty.
Councilman David Marks attended the big event and Gabby Slocum presented a proclamation on behalf of County Executive Johnny Olszewski.
Urban Crab Shack also donated $2,000 to The Arc Baltimore, a non-profit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives with a sense of belonging, purpose, and meaningful relationships.
Along with a restaurant in Brandywine, the Carney restaurant is Urban Crab Shack’s second location in Maryland.
