PARKVILLE, MD—A disabled vehicle is affecting Monday morning traffic on I-695.

The vehicle is stopped along the outer loop just past the Harford Road exit.

The two left lanes along the outer loop are blocked and heavy delays are present from the Harford Road exit back to the I-95 interchange.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
