Rosedale Cash4Life player wins $1,000 a week for life, White Marsh liquor store sells winning $10,000 scratch-off

NOTTINGHAM, MD—A Cash4Life player in Rosedale won a second-tier prize of $1,000 per week for life, while a Maryland Lottery scratch-off sold in White Marsh paid $10,000 last week.

The Cash4Life winner can choose between annual payments of $52,000 a year for life, or a one-time payment of $1 million (both amounts are before taxes). Rosedale Shell, located at 7514 Pulaski Highway, will receive a $2,500 bonus from the Lottery for selling the second-tier winning Cash4Life ticket.



Meanwhile, White Marsh Plaza Liquors, located at 7968 Honeygo Boulevard, sold a winning $10,000 Money Explosion scratch-off.

In all, 29 Maryland Lottery players across the state won or claimed prizes of $10,000 or more, and the Lottery paid more than $34.3 million in prizes in the seven days ending August 8th.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations.
