NOTTINGHAM, MD—Forecasters with the National Weather Service say there is an enhanced risk of severe storms in the Nottingham area on Thursday.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop Thursday afternoon and into the evening hours.
Some of the storms may be severe with damaging wind gusts. An isolated tornado is also possible.
Isolated instances of flash flooding may also occur due to heavy rain.
Residents should stay tuned to their local forecast.
