NOTTINGHAM, MD—Wednesday is off to a sunny, muggy start in the Nottingham area, but storms may be looming on the horizon.

The National Weather Service says that Isolated severe thunderstorms with damaging winds are possible on Wednesday afternoon and evening.

On Thursday, the chance for scattered storms increases, according to forecasters.

Additionally, isolated occurrences of flash flooding are possible on Thursday.
