Assaults reported in Parkville, Rosedale

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Police are investigating a burglary and two assaults that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 3 and 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 4 an individual cut a window screen in order to break into a residence in the unit block of Gemini Court in Rosedale (21237).  Once inside, the suspect stole several electronic devices and cash before fleeing.



At just after 1:30 a.m. n Sunday, July 4, an individual displayed a large sword to his neighbor in regard to fireworks that were being set off in the neighbor’s yard, located in the unit block of Gemini Court (21237). Another suspect then hit the first suspect in the head with a blunt object.

At just after 3 a.m. on Monday, July 5, two individuals got into an argument in the 8600-block of Old Harford Road in Parkville (21234). After the argument, the suspect displayed what the victim believed to be a handgun. No injuries were reported.
