PERRY HALL, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Wednesday announced that he will hold two community meetings this summer.
The first meeting, which will be held for residents along the Silver Spring Road corridor, will be held on Thursday, July 29 at 7 p.m.
It is the first of several neighborhood meetings that Councilman Marks will hold to identify specific priorities in his district now that the COVID-19 state of emergency is over. Residents may join the meeting through Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83984832265, Meeting ID: 839 8483 2265.
The second will be a follow-up to meetings held in 2019 and 2020 about the possibility of creating additional Citizens on Patrol programs in Perry Hall east of Belair Road. This effort stalled with the pandemic, and Councilman Marks would like to restart activities. This meeting will be held on Monday, August 9th at 7 p.m. on Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83526992481, Meeting ID: 835 2699 2481. Representatives from the White Marsh police precinct will be present.
Perry Hall residents are welcome to attend either meeting.
“I have always prided myself on holding public meetings to engage constituents,” said Councilman Marks. “Now that the COVID-19 state of emergency is over, it is time to resume many of the initiatives that were on hold over the past year. I look forward to these two important meetings.”
